Processing Time:
- In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow this time for us to prepare and package your order before it ships.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders require additional time for production and can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. We will provide updates on the status of your custom order throughout the process.
Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the size of your order. You can select your preferred carrier at checkout, if available.
Shipping Time:
- USPS: Delivery times typically range from 2-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- UPS: Delivery times typically range from 1-5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your shipping destination. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States (excluding AK, HI, and CA). We are unable to process international orders.
